WASHINGTON — Amazon is trying to get to depose President Donald Trump, Protection Secretary Mark Esper and previous Protection Secretary James Mattis over a $10 billlion Pentagon cloud agreement awarded to Microsoft.
In court files unsealed and submitted Monday, Amazon’s cloud-computing arm explained it’s seeking to depose 7 “men and women who have been instrumental” in the JEDI source range and “played pivotal roles” in the greatest contract award.
